Mike and his crew are the best!! They converted my 20x20 garage into a beautiful efficiency apartment for my daughter and young sweet autistic grandson. Mike listened to everything we wanted and needed, and he delivered on everything...and then some! I'm telling you, he goes above and beyond. His crew works hard, are so polite, and very professional. And so neat and clean...sweeping and taking all trash away every single day after work! Mike even shopped for me bc I'm somewhat disabled and can't manage walking and standing in stores very long. He stayed in contact with me constantly via text, phone calls, and in person. He offered advice and helped me make decisions, and even surprised me with extras. I cried when I saw he had bought and installed a new window blind for me. It was a present. Such a sweet thing to do. This man knows his business and is excellent at what he does. I’ve walked through seeing every part of the pictures that is downloaded and my opinion is it’s a lovely remodel house . I expect great things from this crew. The job is very well done I give it five stars great job.
I have had the opportunity to work with Michael Gainyard of Handzon Homes, LLC for several renovation projects. Michael's word is his bond. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. He is hard working, trustworthy, diligent and a professional. Michael is a craftsman and master carpenter. I have seen him tackle both technically challenging jobs and every day practical repairs and renovations. He has come up with creative design and idea solutions for renovation projects for me on more than one occasion. Michael is the one I trust for renovation and construction projects.
Mike did a major renovation of an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. He is knowledgeable, extremly detailed, and knows all the right people to properly renovate a space in an efficient, cost effective, and beautiful manner. Our upstairs was originally an attick renovation, quite common among intown homes of our age. Mike knew how to work with the space, and was maticilous in his detail. He is easy to commuinicate with, and helped us strategize a plan that worked best for us. The finished product looks custom and craftsman; it's a perfect fit for our home! We look foward to working agian with Mike in the future. He is a great contractor, and is the pefect guy to call for any major home renovations.
We had a great experience with Mike. Him and his crew built us a roof over an existing patio and tied it all together. Mike takes his work seriously and pays close attention to detail in the work that his crews are doing. I would recommend him to anyone doing renovation work.
Mike did a major renovation of our main floor, (moving a bathroom, new kitchen, upgrading old plumbing, moving load bearing walls and installing flush structural beams, installing new floor and sub floor, moving electrical panel and re-doing wiring) and added a beautiful screened porch. He was efficient, keeping his work on the 90 day timeline despite quite a few surprises found behind our 1960s walls. He honored his quote despite unforeseen complications and overall upgraded so many aspects of our home!

I am very satisfied with my 2 story balcony repair. Mike made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and answered all of my questions. Mike and his crew were on time every morning and finished my job in a timely manner. Mike also did a few extra repairs for me that were unrelated to the balcony repair.
